&nbsp;一想起杀狗就上火，现在要做的是尽量救活着的人,减少尸体,而不是杀害那些无辜的狗狗制造出更多的尸体.花那么多时间和精力去杀狗，还不如处理好尸体，消毒环境，这才是防疫的根本．<BR>

<P>尽量劝慰生存的群众同意快速火化深埋遗体，以确保生存者的安全。可以看看天涯论坛中《唐山大地震》作者钱刚的文章，关于遗体的处理说得很明确。疫情不再于狗只。</P>
