[求助]怎么办？

<FONT size=7>我家的猫的耳朵有螨虫！！我已买药水，给它们滴了。但是，其中有一只猫的耳朵挠痒，耳朵的外面都流血，而且都化脓了，有人告诉我，弄点土霉素撒上去，可是弄好后它挠的更严重。怎么办啊？</FONT>
